radio free beethoven: thank you, Beeb!

A big thank you to the Bookish Gardener for alerting me to the BBC Radio 3's Beethoven Experience week. They'll be broadcasting everything. Every note the big B published. And maybe a few that were never formally published. G-d bless the Beeb!

Even better, the symphonies will be available for free download for one week following the day of their broadcast. Follow the actual broadcasts, and many more BBC genre broadcasts, via their online 'radio player'.

The BBC is in a class of its own, with vastly more support than our National Public Radio enjoys, but please-- go out and give a few bucks to NPR and keep their wonderful online content going too. Such as the RSS feeds for NPR, an indispensable part of one's feed aggregation day!
